We
publish a toll free number on our network
of consumer web sites that produce 400 - 800 Internet leads per day. A percentage of
these people are motivated enough to call. When
someone calls, an automated attendant picks up and
says "press 1 to speak to a loan officer, press 2 for
credit repair, press 3 for foreclosure help".
The calls are not screened. For screened calls, try
the warm transfer leads.
Live Call Types:
Our system reads the caller ID and routes the call to a subscriber based on the state and then to whomever has been waiting the longest. The scheduling is extremely flexible and will send calls only during the hours we set in advance. It keeps track of the calls and automatically sends any repeat callers to the original loan officer. You get an email after each call with the caller ID info. How to order Loan Officer calls: Step 1) See how many calls come in the states you want. Step 2) Review the live call service agreement. Step 3) Select a subscription level below based on the number of calls you want to take, enter the phone number you want the calls to ring to, enter your states and click subscribe. Loan Officer Service Agreement By subscribing to the Live Transfer Subscription Service you are agreeing to the following. 1.
You agree to receive Live Transfers from prospective
borrowers in the states selected. 2. You agree to offer the callers your most competitive mortgage rates. 3. You agree to be in compliance with all state and federal laws regarding mortgage origination. 4. You
agree that all of the calls answered by you or
your voice mail and documented by email will be counted
towards your monthly quota. Calls not answered by you or
your voice mail are not counted towards your
quota. If the call is not answered within 30
seconds, the call is routed to another agent. 6.
You acknowledge that calls are limited to 25 minutes. 7. You
acknowledge there will be no refunds or lead credits or
returns for this service. Suggested Answering ScriptIt is important to take control of the call from the very beginning in order to qualify the prospect and make good use of your time otherwise unqualified prospects will waste your time. Here is a suggested answering script for loan officers. Adjust the parameters to suit your own lending criteria:Hi this is ____, are you calling to purchase or refinance a home? Our minimum loan amount is $80,000 is your loan greater than that? (If yes continue) if no I would suggest contacting your local community bank, thank you for calling, goodbye. Our minimum credit score is 620, do you know your score? (if greater than 620 continue) if less than 620, I would suggest that you enroll in a credit repair program, if you call back and press 2, they may be able to help.
