Q: What filters are available?

A: You can have non exclusive leads sent to you automatically if they meet the 7 criteria that you can pre select.  These include state, loan type, property type and credit.  Custom lead filters are loan to value ratio (LTV), loan amount and zip code.

Q.  How do I set up an order and start getting leads?

A: First add money to your account with a credit card. After successfully adding money. Check your states and loan types in the customer and lead preference sections, if you make any changes, press the "update record" button.  Look for the link for "real time leads". Click on real time custom filters. Set your filter for the loan amounts and LTV.  Save your preferences.  Go back to the real time leads section.  Enter the number of leads for this order in the box and press submit.  We will deduct the money from your account and place the appropriate number of leads in the queue for you.

Q:  I set up my order, when do I get leads?

A:  Leads are delivered on a first come first serve basis, If you select many states, leads will come thru fast.  The more narrow your parameters, the slower your leads will come.

Q:  I only work in certain areas, can I choose zip codes or cities?

A: Yes, you can log on and view any lead that has not been sold three times and sort them by zip code or have leads sent to you automatically.

Q:  How many time are the leads sold?

A: A  maximum of three times, once a lead has been distributed 3 times it does not appear in the database any more.  Exclusive leads are only sold once.

Q:  Will I know if other lenders have received the same lead?

A:  Yes, each lead has a field called "Num Sold" which indicates how many times the lead was distributed, before you got it.

Q:  Can I get "Exclusive Leads"?

A: Yes.  They are first come first serve, select them from the "Exclusive Leads" database.

Q:  How are the leads delivered?

A:  You can have leads delivered by fax and/or email, when delivered in real time and just by email when picking the leads from the database. Leads are also posted at the web site and can be printed one by one or downloaded in an excel format.

Q:  Can I limit the number of leads I get per day?

A:  Yes, you can specify a daily maximum threshold and pause your leads at any time.

Q:  Can I change my criteria?

A: Yes you can change your lead preferences any time by logging in and going to the "Customer and lead preferences" section.  To change your custom filter criteria, you must first cancel your order and then change the filter, then re-establish another order with your new filter.

Q:  How can I pause my order and stop the lead flow?

A: To pause your order, log in and click on "Real Time Leads Management" find the current order, then click on "pause".  You will not receive leads until you log in and click on the activate order button.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: MC/Visa, Discover, American Express and checks by fax.

Q: How do I add money to my account?

A: Log in and click on "Add Money"

Q.  What is the leads return policy?

A: You may return leads for immediate credit within 3 days if any of the following conditions occur: Borrower does not own the property, wrong phone number,  or borrower did not fill in the form. To receive credit, log in to your account and click on the "Lead Credit" button. Leads delivered in real time are added back to your lead queue.  Leads from the existing leads database are credited in dollars and added to your account. 

Q. How long does it take to get credit for leads after I apply and how do I get credit.

A:  It usually takes less than 24 hours for the $ to get added back to your account or for the lead to  be added back to your queue if it was a lead delivered in real time.

Q.  If the prospect does not call me back does that qualify as a credit?

A: No - That usually means they are not interested anymore.

Q: How much does it take to get started?

A: You can fund your account with as little as $100.  Signing up is free and we let you get one lead or more for free the first time you sign up.

Q: How do I get started and how long does it take to get leads?

A:  Fill in the free account sign up form.  We will instantly send you a user name and password.
