The scripts below were developed to monetize overflow calls that come in when none of our customers were available to take the calls. Using these telemarketing scripts we have proven a 10% closing ratio. Out of 10 callers, 3 would agree to be transferred to the closer and one client would be retained. Some of these scripts are for opening the conversation and not meant for closing the sale. 

Credit Repair Telemarketing Sales Script

(SMILE!) “Hello, this is [Your Name] from [Your Company Name]. I am got your number form LendersCompete.com on [Date]. Is now a good time to talk? How are you today?

[Prospect’s Name], let’s quickly go through the information you provided and fill in any gaps to get started. Is that alright?

So, you’re interested in buying a house in the [State], correct? Do you already have a specific property in mind? Could you please share the purchase price or price range you’re considering? (As a rule of thumb, it should be no more than 3 to 4 times your annual income.)

Speaking of income, what is your current annual income? Does this include a co-borrower? Have you saved at least 5% for a down payment? (Keep in mind that FHA loans require a 3.5% down payment, and you’ll also need to cover closing costs.)

Now, I’d like to ask a few questions about your credit history. Please answer “yes” or “no” to the following:

  1. Collections or late payments
  2. Repossession or foreclosure
  3. Bankruptcy judgments
  4. Liens or levies
  5. Other credit issues

(If the prospect answers “yes” to any of the above questions, continue with the following:)

(use this script when you are taking incoming calls from poor credit borrowers and closing the sale yourself)

17. Mr______ Because of the sub-prime mortgage crisis a few years back, You won’t be able to get a government insured loan until you get on a credit repair program and get your score over 620. I have had clients in the past that were able to dispute items on their credit report, their score went up enough to get a mortgage. Do you want to learn more about a credit repair program?
